Margarita
Margarita is working with sound recordings, drawing and writing. One part of her creative journey is writing her spiritual experiences that we later make sound recordings of, and another part is drawing
her mother’s childhood in order get to know her better. The drawings tell the story of her mother arriving to a Carmelite convent school and later when she arrived to the house where she worked. Margarita draws the stories her mother told her when she was little and the impressions she has got from them.
She intends to draw her story and eventually we will put them into a picture book or perhaps as a cartoon / animation.
Margarita is exploring colour, perception, memory and spirituality through the drawing process and sound recordings. ‘The Lovely Blue Lady’ is Margarita’s close companion and is always present.
