Support Rosetta Life's work to improve the quality of life of terminally ill children and adults.
Because Rosetta Life currently receives no core funding from statutory sources, your gift, no matter how small, can make a real difference.
What a donation will enable Rosetta Life to do:
- £6 pays for transport for one terminally ill child to participate in a concert
- £12 pays for a website manual to be supplied to a hospice, ensuring sustainability and continued usage of our new children's online music-making website
- £20 enables a terminally ill child to take part in a group music workshop led by a professional musician in their hospice and to make their own track
- £70 pays for a volunteer with a chronic or life-threatening illness to attend training to develop their IT skills, enabling them to lead and manage workshops involving other seriously ill people
- £200 pays for a music or art therapist to attend a training programme of 3 sessions to manage use of one of the Rosetta Life websites at their hospice. The websites address the isolation and depression felt by 25% of cancer patients and enable:
- terminally ill children to develop and share their own music online
- housebound or bedridden adults to take part in collaborative creative activities and lead projects
- £250 pays for a recording device to enable a terminally ill child to record and develop their own music.
- £700 pays for 10 sessions for a hospice user work with a professional artist to develop their own film, artwork, poem or song as a legacy.
