Beautifully Normal – named after the song – was made by film-maker Noni MacDowell. Like Teo, Noni is also living with a life-threatening illness – in her case cancer. ‘I met Teo while… as a musician myself…. where, when. Teo has a particularly debilitating form of MS that means he is confined to his home. In spite of what illness has thrown at him he remains a musician – as this little film shows. His song Beautifully Normal, which features in the film, subtly touches on the experience of illness – conveying something that is important for people to know about.’
